By using Linra, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using Linra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Linra provides an AI copilot for Shopify stores. Our services include installing the copilot into your store, answering customer questions and selling inside the conversation, acting on routine order work, and providing analytics traced to those conversations to support your inventory and sales decisions.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account.
- Use Linra only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Engage in unauthorized access or use of our systems.
- Upload or share harmful or illegal content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Payment and Fees
Subscription fees are outlined on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Linra retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the platform. You retain ownership of your data and models but grant Linra a license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Linra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for Ingolstadt, Germany, where Linra UG has its registered seat.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Linra constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
