An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is handed to the carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

What Linra is

Linra is the Shopify copilot. It answers your shoppers inside the store you already run, and when it can, it resolves the request or helps them buy. It reads your catalog and your live orders, so the answers are real, not generic.
Is Linra a chatbot?
The old chatbot followed a script and got stuck the moment a shopper stepped off it. Linra reads your catalog and your live orders, answers the actual question, and then acts on it. If you want the old word, Linra is the thing that replaces the chatbot.
What can it actually do?
It answers where is my order at 11pm, cancels and refunds an order, changes a shipping address, edits an order, and recommends the right product from your catalog. Real actions with a result, not canned replies.
Does it replace my support team?
No. It takes the routine questions so your team does not have to, and it hands over anything it should not answer on its own. A person is always one step away, and the handoff is instant.

4How do I install Linra?
The app is currently in Shopify review. Until the listing is live, we set Linra up with you personally. There is no code to paste and no credit card to start.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, not a project. We connect Linra to your store, let it read your catalog, and get it ready to answer the same day.
Does Linra work with Shopify and Shopware?
Yes. Linra connects to the Shopify or Shopware store you already run, with your catalog and order context. Its Shopify App Store listing is currently in review.
What about WooCommerce or another platform?
Linra supports Shopify and Shopware for now. If you use another platform, tell us at [email protected] and we will let you know when it is ready.

It automatically answers each shopper in the language they use, across more than 93 languages, without you setting anything up.
Does it answer around the clock?
Yes. It answers at 11pm and at 3am, when your team is asleep and the shopper still wants to know where their order is.
What happens when it does not know?
It says so and hands the chat to your team instead of guessing. A confident wrong answer helps no one, so Linra does not give one.

Yes. Linra is free to run, with no card to start and no tiers to pick. You only pay when it works.
So what do I pay for?
One dollar when it closes a support case on its own, and one dollar when a sale comes from a chat. Nothing for the talking in between.

In the European Union. Linra is built to GDPR from the first day, as a starting condition, not a setting you switch on later.

Yes. Linra is run by a German company, hosted in the EU, and built to the GDPR from the start.
