What Linra knows
Linra answers from three things you give it: your Shopify catalogue, synced when you install; the pages you point it at; and the documents you upload. It answers from what you gave it, and nothing else.
How the euros are traced
Every sale and every closed case in your dashboard traces back to the chat that earned it. When a conversation leads to a checkout, that revenue is attributed to the chat, so the numbers you read are real conversations, not estimates.
Languages
It answers in the language your customer writes in.
Billing
You only pay when it works: one for a closed case, one for a sale from a chat, and nothing for the talking in between. The pricing page has the full detail.
